By placing an order, you agree that all information provided, including shipping address and contact details, is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
4. Production and Shipping
Each order is made to order and requires an estimated production time of approximately two weeks before shipping. Once completed, delivery typically takes around one week, depending on the destination and courier. These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on order volume, holidays, or courier delays. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. WoodenPix is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Each WoodenPix piece is made to order and customized by hand. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within five business days of receiving your order with clear photos, and we will arrange a suitable resolution.
6. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing; however, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
