Each WoodenPix piece is handmade and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

All sizes are approximate, and slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or the handcrafted process.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at woodenpixart@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a suitable solution.
