Production takes approximately 2 weeks, and delivery usually takes about 1 week, depending on your location.

- Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly due to order volume, holidays, or courier delays. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

- We offer free worldwide shipping. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. WoodenPix is not liable for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect address information.

- If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days at woodenpixart@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a suitable solution.
